OK, So Here We Go Again

It’s been nearly 3 year now since I lost the weight, and 2 year since I put it back on again. I’m so ashamed of myself, and in turn it’s made me really ill so as much as I don’t want to lose the weight again as it took me quite a while, and as much as it pains me, I just HAVE to start again before it kills me.

So, I’ve fired up the My Net Diary app and started to count the calories again.

So far today I’ve eaten for Breakfast:

  • 1 pot of Tesco Prawn Cocktail
  • 2 small pieces of Hovis (toasted)
  • 0.5 ounce of goats butter

For lunch

  • 1 pot of Tesco Prawn Cocktail
  • 1 packet of Walkers Salt and Vinegar Crisps

So that means out of my 2000 calorie budget (as I have a target to lose my 20 stone by July 2020) I have eaten 992 calories with 1008 calories left.

But I’m having one of those days. I just want comfort food today so dinner will probably be egg and chips, or egg and bacon with bread. I have to leave enough to have a crisp sandwich before I go to bed tonight as I seem to get peckish right before then. So technically I have 648 left as the sandwich will be 360 calories.

So off we go again. I hope this time I stick to it and don’t fall off again as I really do need to lose this weight as it’s now becoming an issue, which then makes other issues worse.
