Septembers Portion Plate Giveaway

When I started my diet 6 months ago, one of the first things I did was to buy a portion plate. I’ve never used it, so it’s just sat in it’s packaging in the cupboard.     I make an amazing 5 roast Vegetable soup (Parsnip, Onion, Squash, Carrot and Sweet Potato). That is by favourite 5 a day.
